General Rental
Information and Conditions
DRIVING LICENSE AND AGE RESTRICTIONS ON
RENTING
Persons that are at least 21 years old and have a driving license,
which is valid for at least 1 year, can rent only A and B group of
vehicles. For C and D group of vehicles, the drivers must be at
least 25 years old and have a driving license, valid for minimum 2
years, and for M group of vehicles, the drivers must be at least 27
years old and have a driving license, valid for minimum 3 years.
RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
LONG TERM RENTAL
Minimum rental period is 30 days. Please call our offices for more
information about rental fees and conditions.
ISSUES INCLUDED TO AND EXCLUDED FROM THE PRICES
The fees mentioned herein include the right to use the vehicles for
an unlimited distance, technical maintenance expenses, Collision
Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, and Value Added Tax (18%).
Fuel, Personal Accident Insurance, Precautionary Financial
Responsibility Insurance, Single Direction Fee, Delivery/Collection
Fees, and Baby Seat Fee are calculated separately.
SINGLE DIRECTION RENTALS
If the vehicle is returned in a different city, a Single
Direction Fee is charged regardless of the rental period. You can

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
The vehicle can be used by person(s) other than the renter,
provided that Driving License details of additional driver(s) are
mentioned on the Rental Contract in return for a fee. If additional
driver(s) use(s) the vehicle and/or an accident occurs while any
additional driver is driving the vehicle, all insurances will be
invalid and both the renter and additional driver(s) that were
driving the car are held jointly and severally responsible. Please

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Free delivery and
pickup service is available to Kusadasi resort and the surrounding
area. Please contact
us for delivery and pickup fees to any other resort and airport.
DELAYS IN RETURN
For delays up to 3 hours in returning the vehicles, 1/3 of
the rental fee mentioned in the contract is applied for each delayed
hour. If the duration of delay is longer than 3 hours, daily rental
fee is charged.
PAYMENT
Total rental fee can be paid by cash, credit card at the
time collecting the vehicle. Prices on our web site are in Euro but
can be paid in Turkish Liras or any other currency.
TRAFFIC TICKET
The renter is responsible for any kind of liabilities and
fines arising out of failure to comply with traffic rules. If the
vehicle is retained by any official or local authorities for any
reason, the duration of such retaining shall be deemed as a part of
the contract period.
OTHER SERVICES
Reservation requests for rentals in abroad can also be performed
through Kusadasi Service by calling +90 530 606 26 36.
Baby Seat requirements can be met if such requests are provided 48

IMPORTANT NOTES
In case of an accident or yCar Types is stolen, you must immediately
go to the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the
position of yCar Types and you must get an accident, theft, and
alcohol measurement report. Otherwise all purchased insurances will
be invalid and any damage as well as any material and spiritual
losses of third parties shall be collected from the renter. If your
