Check all contents against inventory

Thoroughly air all rooms
Check for pest & vermin, and recommend remedial actions
Test all appliances & electrical equipment
Examine all furniture & furnishings for “wear & tear”
Check all sanitary equipment & plumbing
Ensure all security services & equipment are functional
Water all house & terrace plants
We act as your official key holder
We publish monthly owners report, detailing the status of your
property along with any recommendations
Further services can be included to this
package, to meet your individual requirements & needs (additional to
normal package price)
